Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, digital products and online communities provided by Meg Robins Coaching (āweā, āusā, āourā). By purchasing, booking, downloading, accessing or participating in any services or products, you (āyouā, āthe clientā) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services Provided
Services may include oneātoāone coaching, online group coaching sessions, digital downloads and access to online communities including private Facebook groups. All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.
Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is a supportive, reflective process and is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or mental health care. No outcomes are guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
Professional Standard of Care & Client Rights
I will provide coaching services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.āReasonable care and skillā means the standard of care and skill that would reasonably be expected of a competent professional coach, having regard to the nature of coaching services, recognised coaching practices, and any specific terms agreed with you.Coaching is a collaborative and clientāled process and does not guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Remedies for Breach
If services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to repeat performance or a proportionate price reduction under UK consumer law.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Meg Robins Coaching holds professional indemnity insurance as an additional safeguard for clients.
OneātoāOne Coaching Packages
Sessions are payable in full in advance. Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase or they expire and are nonārefundable.
Cancellations & Refunds (1:1 Coaching)
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hoursā notice or missed are nonārefundable. Used sessions are nonārefundable. Refunds apply only to unused sessions.
Discounted packages are conditional on completion. If ended early, sessions used are recalculated at the standard singleāsession rate and only any remaining balance is refundable.
Online Group Coaching
Group sessions must be attended respectfully. No refunds are provided for missed sessions. Disruptive participants may be removed without refund.
Digital Content & 14āDay Rights
You normally have a 14āday statutory right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, this right is waived once content is downloaded or accessed with your consent. Digital products are nonārefundable once accessed unless faulty.
Online Community Behaviour
All community spaces are confidential, respectful and supportive environments.

Avoid judgement, harassment or discrimination
Refrain from unsolicited promotion or advice
Meg Robins Coaching may moderate content or remove members for breaches. Removal due to misconduct is nonārefundable.
Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of Meg Robins Coaching and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
Confidentiality
Coaching conversations are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or there is risk of harm.
Limitation of Liability
Meg Robins Coaching is not liable for indirect loss or decisions made by clients as a result of coaching.
Termination
Services or access may be terminated for breach of these Terms without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
